Do I need to reserve in advance?

Recommended in peak season, especially for e-bikes and weekends. Booking online makes sure your bike is ready.

What is included?

Every rental includes a fitted helmet, cable lock, printed trail map and local route tips before you head out.

Can I make it there and back?

Yes. Canmore to Banff is about 27 km each way, and our e-bike batteries cover the full round trip.

Can I cancel?

Free reschedule for any reason. Weather-related cancellations get a full refund.

Do I need ID?

Yes, bring valid government photo ID for pickup. Riders under 18 need a parent or guardian.

Can groups book?
